Here's a shot of my back yard. Iv'e got a few trees. All the trees are on my lot, and then there's a fence before the carport. I don't like the carport, but at least it's a whole lot better than some dumpy trailer. In one BRAND NEW house that I looked at, there was a dumpy trailer across the street, a questionable house to the left, and in the back yard (past the property line), there was a deserted car.
